I worked in Vocational Rehabilitation for 20yrs and transitioned to teaching in 2012.
Professional accomplishments:
Received a Merit Scholarship while enrolled in my graduate program at Troy.
I was a scholarship athlete at Dekalb Junior College as a pitcher. In my baseball career I tried out with the Atlanta Braves and made the cut and was invited to Durham South Carolina. Thats when I met my wife and we have been married for 30 years. I went on and played semi-pro until the age of 30. My stepson and myself have coached little league in Manchester Ga. We have compiled a 45wins and only 5 losses over a 3 year period and we took the only little league team in the history of Manchester, to the World series in Monroe Louisiana.
Hobbies:
I love deer hunting and fishing.
I like wt. lifting and basketball
we have a small farm where i have 56 birds, 2 horses, 10 goats and 3 rabbits.
